Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@celestebriars.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received in its original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Important Notes

Signed Items

Due to their personalized nature, signed copies of books and artwork are eligible for return or exchange only in the case of damage or defect.

Digital Products

Digital products (e.g. e-Books) are non-refundable.
